These terms govern your use of this website, including browsing, placing an order and buying from us. You agree to use the site in line with these terms and with applicable Indian law. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to place an order.
All products sold here are ceramic and clay items. We make every effort to describe and photograph them accurately, but we cannot guarantee that every detail on the site is complete or error-free.
Colour, shape, glaze and finish vary naturally from piece to piece. Screens also render colour differently. These variations are part of the material and are not defects.
All products are subject to availability. We may limit the quantity of any item, and we will tell you if something you have ordered is out of stock.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time without notice, including for offers and discounts. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout.
If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order rather than fulfil it, and we will refund you in full.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — for example where stock has run out, where details are incorrect, or where an order is flagged in our fraud checks.
Payment is taken online through Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. We do not offer cash on delivery. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method.
The email you receive after ordering confirms we have received it. It is not acceptance. Our contract with you begins when we despatch your order.
Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum value. We deliver across India to serviceable pincodes through our courier partners.
Orders are usually delivered within 5–8 working days of confirmation, depending on where you are. These are estimates, not guarantees, and courier delays outside our control can affect them.
You will receive updates as your order is confirmed, packed, shipped and delivered. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Claims for damaged, defective or incorrect items are covered by our Return & Refund Policy, which sets out what is required and by when. We do not offer exchanges or replacements — an accepted claim is settled as a refund. Please read the policy before raising a claim, as an unboxing video is needed for damage claims. Items bought during a sale, and stock clearance items, are covered only where they arrive damaged or are missing.
All content on this site — photographs, text, product descriptions, logos and page design — belongs to Jaadi Kadai or to those who licensed it to us, and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.

When using this site you agree not to break any law or infringe anyone's rights, not to upload or transmit anything harmful such as malware, and not to interfere with the running of the site or attempt to access areas you are not authorised to use.
We may suspend or withdraw access where these terms are broken.
We collect only what an order needs — your name, contact details and delivery address. Card and UPI details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never reach our servers, so there is nothing of that kind for us to store. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time from your account page.
We do not give warranties about the products beyond those required by law. Ceramic and clay are breakable by nature and should be handled and used accordingly.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the products bought through it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
We aim to keep the site available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for outages outside our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from your use of this site is subject to the jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
